New publication by the ANI on goat milk oligosaccharides

A few weeks ago our research team published a new review paper in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry on oligosaccharides found in goat milk. This paper is part of one of our extensive research programmes. The current review paper was published in collaboration with the University of Groningen (RUG) and CarbExplore. The conclusion of the paper was as follows: “goat milk constitutes a promising alternative source for milk oligosaccharides, which can be used in infant formula.”
